Buttons disappear when CX-2 is only clone trooper left in battle

It’s happened to me 3 times now where I’ve fought Lord Vader and the buttons disappear when CX-2 is th only clone trooper left on the board. He is under stealth which is fine but the buttons have disappeared and I time out
