I have the same issue too

So, what are the special characters that cause the problem?  That's never in the "guides"

Is there an answer for this? It looks like its been under investigation for a while, but no fix? Or i just have not found it yet

@Kablonkablonktry the following:

1. set your device language to english
2. ingame go to settings -> legal and enable cross device tracking
3. restart the game
4. try again

I tried this but the connect button dissapeared from settings and there was bo setting to enable cross device tracking. Is it because i am on IOS?
