(Swgoh) EA connect error

When I press the EA connect button it gives me this error:  {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"sig is invalid","code":102105} I’ve heard it’s because of special characters in your user...

So, what are the special characters that cause the problem?  That's never in the "guides"
