The issue is that I can’t do the Special mission. I tried to do the special mission first. I always do the special missions first. If it had let me do the special mission I wouldn’t be typing this. And if I didn’t try to do the special missions first I would have already done the other mission before discovering the issue. So it would be too late to do the special mission first. What kind of advice is that? Is there somebody else we can talk to?
