Darth Raven LSB Not On Account

Question

Hello! I purchased both of the Raven LSB on my account, but I did not receive the appropriate rewards for Darth Raven. I received an in-game mail stating that I purchased both bundles but when I checked my journey guide, I noticed that the required characters for Darth Raven are not at R3, which they should have been.

I am unsure of if this EA account is what is connected to my game or not, but I provided my Ally Code and an in-game screenshot.

Having the same problem, bought both but didn’t recieve the charachters. Think I got crystals instead (just claimed all rewards in the inbox without reading)My ally code is 431-761-414
