I wish I had known of this issue prior to today. We were doing a guild merge and a few hours after TB ended at our Guild reset time I went through and removed most everyone from the guild and now I am being told by several that they didn't receive their GEO TB rewards. This is seriously crap!
We just had the same thing happen. Doing a guild merge, six members missed out on their Geo rewards. That's really, really unfortunate, considering all six are in good standing and put in a lot of effort throughout the week for 0 rewards. This is a big problem! At the very least CS should be able to help, but so far the six have been stonewalled.
