Thanks, but there is another forum for this game.  On that other much more useful and active forum, forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com, the bug has been known and discussed for some time.  But there is no indication of if or when it will get fixed.

Seriously though, why 2 forums?  Had I found the other one first, I would not have wasted my time posting this.

Oh and shouldn't I, the one asking the question, chose the accepted solution?

@Player_nch9i2nm - This is more of a support forum, the other one you've linked is for general discussion etc.

I don't have a time frame for a fix on this but the details have been passed along to the team who are looking into this.

Still seems like a bad idea to have 2 forums for the same game.  The other one contains a bug report board (that had this issue reported already multiple times), and has a lot of replies and announcements from EA developers.  As I mentioned it is much more active and had a lot more useful "support" information.
