Changing the date of birth on my account

Last year i tried loading up my account of the EA app just to figure out that my date of birth on my SWGOH account and my EA account did not match. I tried to fix it a year ago but i just gave up and quit. Now im trying to get back into the game as i want to play on my computer using the EA app.

I have already tried with the EA HELP function in the app, i explained my problem and was told to give valid and legitimate id to prove my date of birth. Having the trust and courage to show information like this on the internet is insane, but i did it anyway. I showed my drivers license and was told that they could not verify my id and closed the ticket. 

Honestly SWGOH support system has been one of the worst i have ever encounterd. I dont understand why they need a date of birth security system, and when you want to fix the problem they make incredibly hard. The irrability i have felt with this easy problem is immense. I have gotten the feeling that theese helpers genuily just dont care. I hope that the ones who see this can change my mind on that.

I beg that someone can see this and help me, i genuily want to start playing agian, i have used money on the game, i have spend years on it and i want to play with my friends agian.

I have already provided valid id, dont make me quit the game just because i wrote in the wrong date of birth like 5 years ago. Thanks, Henning.
