Hi. You probably need to update an EA account first and then update your swgoh account DOB. To check first dob you just need to log in at ea.com and go to account settings. If it's not correct go to help.ea.com, choose swgoh and issue with game. It probably won't have exactly what you need, but choose whatever is closest - it doesn't matter, you describe it lately. After it may be quite tricky but you'll find mail or chat with support options. They may ask you for photo of documents that proves ages, ID or driver license.GL
