Thanks for the report. The relegation between the rounds is working as intended. 

At the end of each Grans Arena round, players can move to a higher or lower division depending on their performance within the round. This information is available in the GAC in-game menu. You will not face another player outside of your League, but you still can face players outside of your division. For more information please check the article HERE.
