@Cardano85 Underage accounts do not have access to chat, connect or name changing by design. If your child is 14 (I think) or over you can age-up the account following the steps on the listed when you press the Spoiler button under the Changes heading in this post: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/221219/content-update-12-18-2019#latest
