It looks like I'm not the only one with the issue, but I was wondering has EA actually responded to anyone? I've gone through plethora of steps to repair on my own with no luck. I'm hoping 14 years didn't just go down the drain not to mention the thousands of dollars spent.. lol

Same issue here, "Connection lost, Your session has expired"...trying to login with my Google play account as I have done all the time before. Now it just keeps coming back to "Connection Lost" popup dialog. 😔
Same here on my mobile phone. I can login on the PC app and on tablet for a bit if a work around.
Hello!I had the same problem as you:
So, I downloaded BlueStacks, logged in, and launched the game, then from there I linked my Google Play Store account to EA.
Now I log in with my EA account, and it works.
If this works for you too, please share the information.
