Re: Unable to log in (Google Play)

Me and many other are having issue logging into our accounts. With ErrorCode 9.0.

There have been comments flagged as a solution of logging in as guest then importing your account, but that creates ErrorCode 3.0.

 

I'm terrified that i may now have linked this crap level 2 guest account to my EA account, wiping out my 13 mill account. I'm sure there's a risk of this happening to 100s or 1000s of accounts.

What's going on? We need a response.

    I'm so upset with this bug. I managed to make it (temporarily) work on my Android phone by going into the phone settings, applications, swgoh, then:

    1. Force stop 
    2. Delete cache
    3. Delete data

    I have to do this every time I play now... Yes, it downloads everything again every time...

    What a fiasco CG. Such a profitable game in such terrible conditions

    You won't lose your account if you have Google Play still connected to the app. Unless you manage a workaround off the mobile device to get back onto the game, and link your EA account, then you are just stuck as is.

    By no means am i suggesting linking your EA Account if you don't want to, but having it linked and pre-setting it through a different method that doesn't use mobile worked for me. I can use mobile version again, since i have my google play linked to my EA account now.

    Contact EA live support.  They will fix it in under 5 minutes.

    They fixed my issue right away.  Granted I did demand a refund of my may the 4th bundles as it's been a month since ive been able to log in

    EA HELP hasn't done anything for me. Just says someone will contact me eventually. Havent even gotten an apology or a "we are working on it message" like the person did above. I've received no feedback whatsoever on 2 separate days with 2 separate tickets. I am a guild leader. I am in charge of our TB and I have the largest account in my guild. I have spent money on this game and they don't even have the courtesy to respond through their help system. This is ridiculous.
