Didn't Receive Episode Pass

I purchased the Episode Pass today; however I never received it. Restarted the game, logged out, and deleted it, but no luck. Ally Code: 664-518-679

Conquest Glitch
I can not advance in Conquest because there is a glitch where I can not defeat enemies. This is especially frustrating since I paid for the conquest pass and now I can’t earn the rewards.

Bo Katan quest issue
