Someone tried when the bundles first came to the store as gifts but i was told that i should be able to receive them by now. They have received refunds for the bundles they bought so it’s not like they are waiting to be claimed on my end

I tried buying the shadows of the empire lightspeed bundle but it gives me an error and won't let me purchase it
Has there been any updates on this I would like to purchase the bundles before they are removed from the shop
EA QV TeamWe identified a new blocker and are investigating it now.
The sender left the guild before you were able to get the stuff, and this prevents you from buying the same bundles now.
Still not able to purchase the packs. I assume i’m not going to be able to get the ones i’ve missed out on
