Revan did not recieved.

I purchased two Light Speed Bundles today — the Light Side Revan bundle and the Dark Side Revan bundle.
I did receive the characters from the Dark Revan bundle, and I also received two crystal grants (about 1300–1350 crystals each).
However, I did NOT receive the characters from the Light Side Revan Light Speed Bundle.
The payment for both bundles was successfully charged from my card.
I have bank statements confirming both transactions.
Additionally, the Light Side Revan bundle disappeared from the Web Store after purchase, which also confirms that the transaction was completed.
