I have the exact same issue with trying to load Mod 9C and tried the same solutions of closing and reloading the game a few times. I will follow the recommended suggestion and reinstallation. Platform: Pixel 2, OS: Android 9, Connection: Wifi and LTE, Country: USA. Ally code: 385-158-212. Thanks
