    Went through the steps you mentioned to request for a refund and was told I am not eligible even though I provided the exact timings and screenshots. When I demanded an explanation the “support” guy simply left the chat. Pretty screwed up support isn’t, why tell us to go through these endless and pointless procedures if they are just gonna reject legitimate requests anyway? Thanks for the added frustration.
