Re: Update webstore email

I'm catching up with this board and spotted your thread. While there's nothing I can do to help with the support team side of things, there is something I can recommend. You might not need the support teams help updating your webstore email address if you still have access to the address (hopefully it's not been closed down yet). 

The webstore uses your EA account login. If you update it on the EA account, you'll update it in the webstore. To update your email address:

1. Login to help.ea.com
2. Go to your EA Account and Billing Settings.
3. Click on the About Me tab.
4. Click Edit next to Email Address to update the email that we have on file.
5. Type in the code the system sends you to confirm your identity, then change away!
