Due to laws and regulations, our mobile games will ask for the user's age to determine if they are under or of age. If an account is set as an underage account it will not have social features like linking to a third-party account. Unfortunately due to limitations once it is set as an underage account, it will not go through a process of aging up like EA Accounts on the Origin/EA Desktop platform do. 

• Online access information for child accounts
• EA and age restrictions for mobile games

you also mentioned seeing if we could transfer the account to a new one on Game Center. This would also not be possible, From here the account would be played as is.
