Ghost is not resisting or evading the Target Lock, it's immune, so it has nothing to resist or evade. It's exactly the same mechanic as Fulcrum being immune to Vader Z dots. It's WAI.

It is not just Ghost. My TIE fighter always goes first as it is the fastest and target lock has only happen 22 times in the last 148 attempts (Yes - have been counting). It applies to ALL ships. I have previously complained to ea. They say they are aware on the issue but it is never fixed.
