Hello,
I have suspicion when I started the game I used anonymise signing in with Apple ID. This may have hidden my email. Still I linked my account to newly created EA account. However I still am not recognized in web store. I see the EA account I try to login which is linked to my Apple account. It is just not connected to my in game account. I have no option to link it again so I would resolve the problem myself.
I receive receipts on my Apple email and this should be easy fix from backend. Yes I tried password reset with no luck (I will try again after this post but I doubt that would help).
