Let's see if we can get to the bottom of it for you. Can you try connecting your EA account to SWGOH first by clicking on the EA Connect option:
Once that connection has been established, please try to login to the webstore again.

Thanks for responding @EA_Lanna. I’ve already linked my account and attached a screenshot of what happens when I try and do it again.

I used to be able to log in to the store, but all I get now is this error code. I've attached a screen shot.

I've merged your thread into this one. Please check out the advice in the pinned post at the top of the thread and complete the account set-up. Once that's done, make sure the email you're entering when you go to log into the web store, matches the email address on the EA account.
That should do the trick but let us know how you get on with that.
