Unable to load into the game.

Since Friday the 22nd of May i have been unable to load into the game. When trying to load into the game i will continuously get to the screen shown in the attatchment showing its 90% done and 102 of 105 MB complete. not once has it gotten past this point.

I have attempted: Reconnecting the internet, repairing the game, redownloading the game, using a vpn, restarting the device, using both the PC and Android versions of the game, attempting over multiple days.

Since being unable to get into my account i have: Been unable to play 2 rounds of grand arena, participate in TW and Raid(causing my guild to miss out on the next crate), Participate in Tb, participate in colisium (which will mean i am as of now 5 days behind on levilling my era charecters, I missed out on 20 Zeb shards meaning i will not 5 star him), Complete my daily objectives, and Use my energy meaning a loss of shards on all my farms.

    Hey there. Thanks getting in touch with us about this. You've obviously missed out on quite a bit. I know that would be very frustrating. Let's see if any of these suggestions help.

    1. Clear all app data. Don't just reinstall
      1. Go to Settings > Apps > SWGOH
      2. Go to Storage
      3. Clear the cache and data
      4. Uninstall and reboot your devince
      5. Reinstall
    2. Disable Google Play Games Sync Temporarily
      1. Open Google Play Games
      2. Disable automatic sign-in for SGWOH
      3. Launch the game
    3. Try a different network type. A mobile hotspot from another carrier, different Wi-Fi or different ISP. Anything but the normal networks you're connected to
    4. Check the time and date sync. If your clock is not synced with your region, it can cause issues

    I have tried option 1,3,4 and none of them seemed to help. As for option 2 I could not find out the way to disable automatic sign in.

    In regards to option 4 the time on my PC client was incorrect but after fixing it the same problem occurred.

    Thanks for trying. For option 2, follow these steps:

    1. Open Google Play
    2. Hit the Games icon at the bottom left of your screen
    3. Scroll down to where you see SWGOH under Continue playin
    4. Tap on the game, don't hit play
    5. Tap on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right
    6. Uncheck the box next to "Enable auto update"


    Perform the first steps again for clearing cache and data. Then try launching the game again.

    Thanks again. As far as trying another network goes, I just want to make absolutely sure you were not on your normal data or wireless or data connection.

    Also, does the region on your account match the region you are physically located in?

    No, I am not using my Wireless data

    I do not believe the region on my account currently matches the one I am in.

    I have hust tried on my data and it has not worked.

    I have also just switched my region via the EA app, and also found no improvement is there somewhere else i need to change the region.
