Fine, its a usability bug then, but one they don't want to fix. That still doesn't deal with the fact I get logged out from the app 10-25% of the time. It would be more bearable if that was at least addressed.

I do leave the tab open, so I can just hit it when I remember.
EA QV TeamI would recommend closing the browser if you're finished. Otherwise, it will force the app to reload.
Well, I still can't state how bad of a user experience that is (on top of everything else), when its now the only way to get the monthly calendar and daily deals. That said, that still doesn't solve the issue where my account is logged out when the app reloads on occasion. That should not be happening....
