Can you please log in again and see if this issue is now fixed? The team have made a change to your account that should have now unblocked you.
Unfortunately as a work around to get my client unstuck I deleted the Gmail associated with the account and have no way of getting into it. At this point I hope this raises awareness of potential issues when starting new accounts. Thank you.
