Received Crystals instead of Bad Batch LSB

I submitted an in-game ticket without any assistance. I'd much prefer to have the actual content of the bundle instead of the crystals. I noticed others receiving help on the forum, so I’m posting. I’ve attached my purchase receipt and what I received in-game. I’ve concealed my payment information for privacy.
