Received crystals instead of Bad Batch LSB

I purchased the Bad Batch LSB via the web store, received the order confirmation email but when I logged in I received crystals instead. Seems to be happening to quite a few users as you can see in the forums. Screenshot provided with order number 1005333660288

    Same here. I just crystals. Is this normal for the beginning of the year?

    Me too. I can see that this has happened before last year, and hopefully someone at EA can resolve it.
