@EA_Gunner I also didn’t receive the LSB. I'm in the same situation, I may have accidentally picked up these crystals.
I consulted EA Support's customer service, and they suggested that I go to the forums to give feedback, and sure enough, I saw players who were also experiencing the same package error.
