Received crystals instead of HOTH lsb

I purchased HOTH lsb from the webstore, but got crystals in game instead. Please help me to switch the rewards accordingly to the purchase. Ally code 554-261-938

@EA_Gunner I'm facing the same issue too, waiting and rebooting has not helped, and the crystals seem to have been added without my claiming them. Please do take a look at this.
