Received crystals instead of LSB

I bought the Inquisitor LSB from the Web Store. I have a receipt in my email for the Inquisitor bundle. My credit card was charged 50 dollars plus tax, but in the in-game inbox there was a message saying there was a problem and I was given about 7200 crystals instead.

The crystals are not an acceptable substitute for the LSB. I would prefer to receive the LSB and you can also remove 7200 to 7300 crystals from my account. Acceptable resolutions would also include refunding my credit card and you can remove the crystals you gave me, or give me enough crystals to buy all the kyros, other gear and relic mats to get the inquisitors to r5 and some sort of compensation for the time it would take to do this manually.
