Recieved crystals instead of Characters from lightspeed bundle

Hey. I recieved an error message saying I got compensated with some crystals instead of getting the characters from the Hoth bundle. The order seems to have gone through. I made a ticket, but I have had mixed experiences with the customer support. What should I do?
