Recovering account from 2017

I used to play in 2017 on my android phone. I recently started playing again, but I have had to restart because every time I tried to import the account, it kept giving me error 9 and making me restart the game. I would like to regain access to this account or receive a refund for the money I spent on that old account since it is inaccessible at no fault of my own.
