Refund issue

Hello,

I think i have a serious Problem, my daughter played a bit swgoh on my Account, normally she just looks at the characters or plays some campaign battles, so i was never worried. This time she bought the episode PLUS pass... and then i made a huge mistake.

 I refunded it via play store. Now i learned that this could lead to a permanent ban. To make things worse, she allready redeemed some of the rewards. Some stuff is still there, like the LST, but not everything.

I contacted google to stop the refund, but it wasn't possible. I contacted in game help Chat, but they only replied with some Standard Phrases that i have to wait etc. 

Is there any way to solve this? I'm totally willing to pay that episode Pass, if this would prevent the Ban.
