Relic Ascension 2 purchased and didn't receive any rewards

Hello, I recently purchased the Relic Ascension 2 the part for $9.49 it was 10.27 with tax. However, I never received the rewards and it won't let me progress through the ascension pass anymore or even collect the free rewards I should be able to since I purchased the one tier. I have added two images one is the receipt and the other one is the ascension pass not allowing me past the tier I bought.
