Hello there @jtlewis94

All guild name changes should go through game support. Not sure why they would redirect you to EA AHQ since we don't have the tools here to change anything ingame.
Best to contact game support again and explain your problem.

Unfortunate… they keep telling me GSF Delta is unavailable, but have changed it to GSF_Delta and GSFDelta. I have checked and the guild name is not in use. Running in circles with the help folks…
