Restoration of account after re-installation of game

Summarize your bug When I tried to download and install the 12/4/2018 update I got error code 910 in the Google Play Store. I then cleared caches and data from the Play Store, uninstalled SWGOH, rebooted my phone, then reinstalled the game. When I got back in it made me create a Google Play Games account and then didn't give me the option to restore my old account. Instead it started a new account for me and had me go through all the starter tutorials, never giving me a chance to link my original account. In the play store all my purchases are still there but the game only recognizes the new account. I need to have my original account restored/linked again.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
