Restore Purchases

Hello sir, yesterday 17.10.2025 I bought the light-speed pack Raddus II from the store. When I entered the game it allowed me to click on the purchase, but it did not upgrade my characters. I followed the instructions from EA Help, but I play on PC and there is no Restore Purchases option there. I have the transaction in my Order history account, as well as the expenditure of funds in my bank's mobile application. Please help me fix the characters. thanks in advance.

    Good luck, but you are just beginning the frustrating journey of dealing with the worst customer service of all time. I don’t know why EA Gunner was tagged. His job here is to simply be offended by everything.

    contact your bank and report fraud.
