Restore Purchases

Hello sir, yesterday 17.10.2025 I bought the light-speed pack Raddus II from the store. When I entered the game it allowed me to click on the purchase, but it did not upgrade my characters. I followed the instructions from EA Help, but I play on PC and there is no Restore Purchases option there. I have the transaction in my Order history account, as well as the expenditure of funds in my bank's mobile application. Please help me fix the characters. thanks in advance.
