Summarize your bug On 2/5 I purchased a Large Galactic Upgrade Kit IV through the web store. It appeared in my in game inbox with no expiration date listed. On 2/13 it disappeared from my inbox without me claiming it. I reached out to EA support through the help button in game, they put me through the steps of restoring purchases repeatedly, force closing the app and restarting repeatedly, etc. Then they said it was a bug and I needed to post here.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase something on the web store.
