Rewards not given

this is the 3rd time this has happened. 

I have finished all the quests and I get some bogus statement that rewards will be added to my inbox. 

I hit the button to claim the reward and it didn’t  a pop up window showed up instead  

i reloaded the game multiple times and it gave the same statement each time.
