REWARDS NOT GRANTED BY PROBLEMS ON EA's APP AND INEFFICIENCY ON EA's ASSOCIATES.

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug I claimed for the rewards of two crates' events immediately I noticed i didn't receive the rewards despite reaching out the maximum crates. More than a month later, after insisting and sending sometimes the same information requested several times by EA's associates, now they claim they are not able to grant anything after 30 days. The delay and inefficiency was caused by EA's. associates
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, you are the experts supposedly

    Hey EA Live Team. Are you kidding?
    There is no ticket, only the stupid repeated questions from your "Support" team and the reply saying that "we are working on it".
    I'm tired of this lack of efficiency. Supposedly you're are experts in technology and are insisting on this.

    SIMPLY: let me know if you have interest to solve the problem or should I give up on your stupid treatment to the users

    @EA_Gunner Did you read the attached screenshots? Clearly you manage this in general terms. Let me know if there is interest to solve the problem or let me know if I should yield on the rewards to you.
    Why is this so difficult for you to solve? You're acting like tech ignorant grannies!

    Unfortunately, there is not much I can do for you without the information above. You created a ticket case, but not on the EA account with the ID HGPCSITH. I assume you have another EA account which the case was created with. This is why I need your case number to check the chat information you had with EA Help.

    @EA_Gunner Sirs. This is what your platform shows on your screens and probably is correct. I'm conscious I reached the crates that contained these rewards. Unfortunately, when I looked for claiming them, at the respective next day of these events, no rewards were added to my inventory. THIS IS THE PROBLEM.

    Based on the logs they were added to your account as explained in the previous post.

    @EA_Gunner I noticed it when my inventory of Omicrons and credits at that time, for instance, remained the same.
    I know this this an issue or a bug from your app. Even the most perfect apps have mistakes, glitches, bugs, etc. Notwithstanding, I'm looking for a solution from your side. Once again, I belive the info your platforms shows, but i didn't receive the rewards despite your system says it sent these out.

    @EA_Gunner You are basing your reply based on the logs. Am I clear that I didn't receive the rewards that your logs claim I received? I haven't had any other issues later on the newest events (exactly to verify if there are other issues, thankfully not). Please listen to me!
