Rex is sometimes giving Sith turn meter even vs. opposing Malak

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Everytime vs a certain opponent, Rex will use Form Up, and Sith enemies will gain bonus turn meter, even when I am using Malak, which prevents Sith enemies from gaining bonus turn meter.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use DR BSF Malak vs DR BSF Malak and Rex

At the 28/29 second mark you can see Rex use Form Up and DR gain tons of bonus turn meter.

Video vs another player with a similar lineup and the Sith DID NOT gain the bonus turn meter.

Wow that's crazy.

I've attached a screenshot showing the before and after - pretty much had to go frame by frame.

I have noticed the same thing, but only in a team with Geos. If it's just SE and Rex, it works as expected, but drop one with empire for Geo Alpha and you get tm gain

Ping! Any updates/acknowledgements for this. I fight this rex team every single day in arena. The TM gain is consistent with the following team:
DR lead, BSF, Malak, Alpha, Rex. I have not tried this team on offense, when they are on defense, Sith Empire will consistently gain turn meter from
Rex.

Fighting this team today, I observed that the TM gain stays for the entire length of match. I played specifically to leave rex alive.
In the end it was his Malak+rex vs my Malak. His malak was able to gain TM from rex multiple times.
@CG_MindTricks could you please at least acknowledge that you are looking at this. I can understand Rex and Geos gaining turn meter
(they should), but sith should not be able to do so while Malak is present on the opposing team.
