Rey (Jedi Training) missing shards

I completed the Rey (Jedi Training) Hero's Journey in SWGoH, but I was shorted 50 shards. I earned 3 stars on all tiers except tier 6, but that is how it is meant to play out to follow the Ep. 7 story. That should have unlocked her, instead, I have 280 of 330 shards. I tried logging an in-game ticket, but it has been a few days since I heard from them last and I thought this might help to get this resolved faster.
