Rogue One Lightspeed Bundel I not showing up in game.

Bought the Rogue One Lightspeed Bundel I, was charged for it on my bank account but it is not showing up in game. Tried the "restore purchase" option, restarting and reinstalling but nothing changes. Tried contacting EA support but they said a need to use the help function in game on my mobile phone. The in game help function seems "frozen" = nothing happens?
