Summarize your bug The Thunderous Applause and Democracy modifiers are still bugged in the Rise of the Empire Territory battle, on the Light Side path, on Coruscant.

I got the 3 stacks of No Confidence on the enemy leader, my Rey only had one at that time.

But then the enemy team applied the second stack of No Confidence on my Rey, she got reduced to 1HP because of it and the enemy team got the Thunderous Applause buff. That should only happen at 3 stacks, not two.

And I'm not sure because the description doesn't say it, but I assumed once any team gets the 3 stacks, the other one can't get them anymore.
