Scam a bundle

I purchased a slice-a-bundle for relics materials for 23,99€ and never received what I paid for. I received 2800 cristals which does not make up for the price I paid, and would like to get what I actually bought.

This is the second time this happens to me, last time all my requests had been ignored and I'm getting the feeling that I'm getting SCAMMED on purpose. It’s been a week and not a single help.  I don’t want help from a bot.
