Summarize your bug Scout Trooper's second special is bugged. I have a level 60 account where Scout is a part of my core team, and this bug messes with it really bad. The special is supposed to reduce the damage of the assist from the target ally by 75%, which is does, but in addition to that it reduces the next attack of every other ally by 75% during their next turn. I've tested it out a bit and it happens with any team I put him in.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drop scout in with any team and use the special. Your other ally's next attacks will be reduced by 75%.

Got a few screen shots of basic attacks before and after the special to show the 75% damage reduction. Just for clarity I targeted Snowtrooper with the special so there is no reason Iden and Range should have their damage reduced on their turns.
