Summarize your bug I am unable to collect all of the keycards in Sector 3, because it appears that I can't complete the fear in the first of two bosses for this sector. The feat is said to be "Win with Cad Bane on your squad"- yet it is not as light as other text (looking unhighlighted) and I have successfully completed the feat twice now. The feat is for 1 keycard, most frustrating!

You have already collected the point for that feat. You can see that you have 4/4 for that node. Feats also fade when they have been collected.
The point you are missing will most likely be from another node in Sector 3.
