I don't see anything in that datacron set about reducing turnmeter when inflicting debuffs.
You caught my mistake. You are so cool. What it should have said is that it reduces your cooldowns by 1. Thank for having an “accepted solution “ without understanding the problem

Yup. I haven’t seen it behave like that again. But someplace out there there is inconsistent coding that negates it. My guess right now is it relates to interactions with the SLKR Datacron but I’m trying to reproduce it with other teams as well. Sorry, I thought you were the one accepting the solution. Tech support rushing to close tickets without investigation is a pet peeve of mine.ll.
